  : The parking was OK
  : police was on site doing a report as I was checking in all the doors were open at each entrance And on top of that the pool was closed no breakfast and my door did not even lock we had to use the latch and put a chair behind the door. It was a horrible value we didn’t get anything but a bed not even enough towels

  : The front desk lady kept on telling us our card wouldn’t go through but we I had a family member used their card and she was still saying it wasn’t going through and they had allot of money on them also we got charged 50 twice also my family member also got charged for a room we did not stay in im really upset

  : I did not like anything about the property. The pool was closed the entire time we were there. In Texas it is very hot so you need the pool. The breakfast area was closed the entire time as well. The internet never worked the entire time I was there and the front desk person who checked me in never said anything. Our tv only had 2 channels and one was all in Spanish. The refrigerator cabinet was already broke when we got there. I made sure I went back downstairs immediately so they wouldn’t say we did it. The room was not clean. It was candy paper on the floor not enough towels or wash clothes. They knew it would be 4 of us checking in on top of that the towels had stains on it like it never been washed. This is not how you take care of your customers.
  : I didn’t like the room. It was dirty and the refrigerator cabinet was broken and hanging off. The air conditioner was off and on cool. The bed being made up was a rushed job. The bathroom was not clean. I had to go to Target and buy some bathroom cleaner and clean it myself. They didn’t even provide 4 towels and 4 washcloths knowing it was 4 people checking in. There was candy paper all on the floor. The tv only had 2 channels and one channels was all Spanish. The internet didn’t work at all. I went downstairs that evening to get the code and they tell me it’s not working. I said only have tv channels on the tv as well. They tell me the tv acting up as well. How could I be happy when you can’t enjoy the room you paid for? The pool never opened the entire time we were there. The breakfast area never opened. They don’t tell you any of this before you pay for it. Which they should so you can weigh your options and go somewhere else that would provide you with the stuff you need and you pay for.
