Staybridge Suites Houston NW/Willowbrook an IHG Hotel

  : Breakfast was ok, a plus is that they served real bacon not the typical hotel precooked bacon.
  : The manager was rude and very disrespectful. He referred to me as sir several times and when i corrected him he said"well you have short hair". I stayed for a week my partner was at work when i checked in ,after the week i went to extend the stay and was told she needed to be present because we paid the first week on her card. I informed the manager that she was not present the first time and the card used was from our joint account and i had full authorization to use it. He said that didn't matter he needed to see her identification (mind you the reservation was in my name) . I told him i could run to her job and grab it he said she had to be present, i was like well she gets off at 5pm there's no way for her to be here before then. He said it wasn't his problem and to get my stuff out the room or he'll have it thrown in the parking lot. At this point I'm aggregated and replied well throw it in the parking lot I'll collect it from there. He then proceeded to threaten me with calling the police. I ask what law was i breaking its not check out time so I'm not trespassing , he never responded just kept saying he was calling the police.
