  : Shower sprayed from pipe, no tv, no music, chairs on patio old dry not safe.

  : Spacious place and clean towels
  : It’s kind of confusing getting there. Staff looks at you crazy when you tell them you’re checking in. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is definitely not it, it’s busy 24/7. All the young urban kids hang out here. Place was spacious it had a balcony huge, it said no smoking but there were cigarette buds everywhere and bird poop on the furniture so couldn’t even enjoy sitting outside. Cleaning fee is 109.00 and I actually stepped on a pice of glass inside and cut my foot you would think the floors would be shiny and glass wouldn’t be broken on the floor. I don’t expect to be compensated but it definitely put a damper on my stay

  : Sofa had dirt/food under pillows. No television or alarm clock in the bedroom.

  : Took too long to get instructions toons to get into room. I was then emailed saying if I could t explain why I was saying the would cancel my reservation which made me extremely mad. If it needed to be explained why I was staying then it should have been asked before I was sitting outside with all my bags very unprofessional and upsetting. On top of that in the middle of my stay the door code stopped working. I was stuck out side the apt for SEVERAL HOURS I had to wait on hold for another hour to get ahold of customer service to get the door back open because the line was very busy. Over all I hated staying here and wouldn’t recommend anyone else staying here.
