: The location of the apt was great, literally walking distance to Wedding we were participating in and the Children's Museum..
: Before I begin, the staff were amazing and very responsive and respectful to our needs.. The very first day of our stay we couldn' identify the key lockbox because the label was faded- lockbox label was fixed before we left; the bathroom sink was clogged-, I fixed clog; car was towed -but received refund. Then we left. And parking garage was on Herman and South St. not Sutton St.

: the location, the room s was perfect for me, full kitchen, i thought it was great.
: the remote to get in the garage was finikey, had to go out the entrance side and was sketchy but I made it. they were also working on them at the time

: The Apartment had a washer and dryer which for us was very convenient after 6 days of travel. Good firm bed and overall presented very well.
: Could have been better maintained. Could have been a little cleaner. Parking and getting keys was a hassle in spite of very detailed instructions. Had to unload car in pouring rain then walk down flight of stairs to elevator.

: This place was clean.
: So I stayed her for my visit at MD Anderson and the place was big on safety or at least really try to be. Me and my husband decided to get cleaned up that night and go out for a bite to eat. When we return there were roaching as so as we walked in. Also in the bathroom. This ruin my experience because not only that but we heard everything from the neighbors on top of us. The parking was a total inconvenience for someone like myself after treatment. We had to park on the very top and walk the stairs every time we decided to leave out. The instructions was not clear and a hassle getting to get my room. The location was perfect and the cleanliness of the apt.
