  : Air conditioning system, was horrible cold, it took too much time to make the room warm. I don’t understand the Texas standards of the room temperature inside , when outside its cold.

  : I have a somewhat unique review. I booked the room at the Hilton Garden Inn after being delayed and missing a connection. I called the hotel twice that night - once to confirm my reservation and once to arrange shuttle transport. The front desk confirmed and then arranged. Imagine my surprise then when the shuttle arrived and the driver communicated to me that the hotel had been without electrical power and running water for 24 hours. I arrived at the hotel to find this true. I subsequently booked another hotel and did not stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.Now, I do not fault the hotel for being out of electricity and water - natural disasters occur and of course are out of anyone's control. Nor do I relish the opportunity to leave a review on a hotel I ultimately did not stay at. What I do have difficulty with, and what motivated this review, is the hotel taking and confirming my and other's reservations while without power/water and then on several calls not informing us that the hotel was without power and water. Once without power and water, the hotel bookings should have been pulled from all third party websites.
