  : This property was as advertised, close to MD Anderson and downtown. Very easy to get to groceries, shopping, dining, sights to see. Very easy check in and check out. The apartment was spacious, much more than a hotel room.
  : The apartment was not freshly painted or carpeted! It definitely looked like a well used apartment. But it was adequate and the location was great for my needs. So that outweighed my OCD regarding cleanliness! Cleanliness too was adequate.

  : Liked how close it was MD Anderson (I was in town for chemo). Liked that host was clear with pertinent information, in a gated community and had parking available. Also mattress was comfortable.
  : Cleanliness was lackluster considering this is an Airbnb where many strangers are coming through on a regular basis. Towels were not white which makes it difficult to tell how clean they are (although they did smell fresh). LOTS of small cockroaches, many dirty walls. Pictures I could share include bathroom, inside front door and coffee maker on kitchen. I had others, but only only upload four.

  : Advertise the unit properly. It was NOT a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. Even the apartment complex manager agreed. Never rent a property without a working smoke alarm. Never rent a property with cockroaches. Ensure the unit is clean upon arrival (there was trash under the bed). Ensure all overhead lights are working (two didn't work and one of the working lamps had a broken fixture). Provide stops for bathroom drains. Be responsive to texts and accessible by phone (the proprietor didn't answer texts and didn't have voice mail). Booking.com needs to take this property off their listing and not do business with this proprietor as it gives booking.com a bad name, hence my poor rating.

  : They had roaches in the unit a lot.. the refrigerator was not cleaned up properly the carpet was dirty the hole in the wall and the washing machine was not working
