  : Josephine Cottage is a Beautiful home. The lighting and front exposure immediately make you feel welcome, and once you walk in, you feel the warmth of an older home, with a very modern touch. The bedrooms, each with their own bath, are spacious and comfortable! The kitchen, in a word....Amazing! As you sit at the kitchen table, surrounded by windows and light, show you everthing a mountain kitchen should be! While there is a TV and table out on the porch, it was a bit cold (and snowy) for us to fully enjoy, but can't wait to experience during our next, wamer weather, visit!

  : Inside the home was in very good shape - clean and highly functional.
  : Surrounding environment. This was the best cottage in the neighborhood - by far. It was unfortunate that surrounding homes were not kept up as well though it was the very start of the season. The keypad might have needed new batteries and was very temperamental.
