Had to ring and get the correct one from AgentRoom had not been cleaned when we arrived even tho we arrived late in the afternoon, later than the standard check in time of 4 and later than the confirmed pre arranged earlier time of 3-4 pm The complimentary continental breakfast at the 24:7 convenience store down stairs did not exist. We enquired to three different people and none of them knew what we were talking about. Very embarrassing. The internet did not work. The instructions for WIFI and password were incorrect in both the email from the host and the information book in the room. I emailed the contact person twice and received NO response. The information booklet in the room was for another room....1207 L NOT 1207 R
