: Location - near International Market and Waikiki - around 7-10 mins walkWater - drinking water at the lobby saves us money to buy bottled water.Laundry - 24 hour laundry, $4 for washer for 30mins and $4 for dryer - 60mins; Accepts card, not tap; Lobby sells 1 laundry pod and 1 dryer sheet for $2;Extra Room Keys - they provided upon request
: Room - expected a bigger room for Junior Suite. Given option for room service (cleaning) every other day, but did not get the room service after 3rd day, they however clean the room upon request. It would be better if there are extra trash bags provided in every room similar to other hotels where when you remove the trash, there are extra trash bags inside the bins. Valet Parking - it takes time before you get your car, so plan for extra time if you need to leave in specific time box.Kitchenware - please remove in the hotel details, nothing was provided; We did not try to ask though.Customer Service - there was a time where I requested an extra key and I was only asked for the room number. Anyone could have just requested one even though they are not staying in the hotel. I would think a better security on how to verify other than room and last name would be secured. or instead of having to call it out, ask for an id or phone number on the reservation.
