  : The apartment was very well appointed - high-end finishes. It was very comfortable. The location was wonderful for us (we wanted to be away from the crowds). If you are looking to be in the middle of the action, this is not the place. It is in a small neighborhood and quiet.The beach is right at the end of the street (maybe 75 yards). There are no beach chairs on the beach, but there is a WONDERFUL courtyard on the side of the apartment building and there seemed to be beach chairs there to carry to the beach if you wanted. If you want access to the staff, well, good luck! You won't ever see them.This place is walking distance to the pier for fishing. The beaches are clean but small. We did not access the sister property (The Mint). There is a WONDERFUL seafood place (The Tiki) within walking distance on the main road facing the intercoastal, almost under the drawbridge. If you venture onto the rocks on the other side of the drawbridge, there are tons on iguanas! We had lots of fun watching them.
  : The back door of the apartment is permanently sealed. You cannot exit that door (from the bedroom). Why? I have no idea. It seems in perfect working order from the inside and outside, but it is sealed. Would have been nice to have that area for a smoking area. There were stairs and chairs just outside the door.You need a car if you stay in this area unless you learn to ride the bus. There is plenty of parking available, unlike Hollywood Beach! There is public transit that comes to this area.

  : The property is just 3 houses away from the wild beach. One can walk additional 5 minutes to get to Dania Beach with lifeguards. The kitchen has almost everything you need, the rooms and bathroom are clean, and the neighborhood is bike and pedestrian friendly.
  : The automatic lock was broken, so it took 3 phone calls to figure out exactly how to open the key box to retrieve the key. The closest store is 30 minutes away on foot, so must have a car, unless you want to just sit on the beach all day long and take Uber to the supermarket 2.5 miles away.

  : Location, inside was great except dirty coaches..and spots on white sheets..other than that it was great
  : Coaches needs to be cleaned and sheets need to be new or spotless.

  : Not very crowded and within walking distance to beach. Less than a block away. Rooms were spacious & included a full kitchen.
  : Only downside was door keypads didn’t not work. Wish they did as they are more convenient than key.

  : I love that it was close to beach and the apartment was a nice size and comfortable. The kitchen was amazing!
  : There were roaches in the frig and freezer and crawling on the frig. I don't like bugs in my space. The electronic door locks did not work and the staff did not speak English very well. We had issues trying to get the stove top on and when I called for directions they seemed like they did not want to be bothered. They hardly spoke English and they were very short in the way that they communicated with me and my guess. They did not provide kitchen towels nor was their wash clothes in either bathroom. They also did not provide a towel or rug for the tile floor which was very dirty. Although the location was amazing and the kitchen was very nice. I was overall very disappointed in my stay at this hotel.
