  : The location and the style of the house, but not the condition of the house. The housekeeping staff is ripping off this owner.
  : The house and location was beautiful however the furniture was all stained, the carpeting upstairs and down was all stained badly, I washed our individual bathroom floor in the master and it was black. We then discovered there were mice leaving droppings all over at night and every single thing we washed before we used and there were mouse turds in the drawers. The management company was supposed to come and set mouse traps they dropped him at the door and that was it. their refunding are cleaning fee which is minimal to what we paid for three nights. The one door would not lock toward the back porch and I put a chair in front of it in case anyone tried to come in during the night I secured this house for 10 ladies before our annual get together weekend. Imagine my horror when the mice had gotten into stuff during the night that we had to throw out they chewed through bags of bread, boxes of candy all had to be thrown in the garbage. It is a shame because the house itself is beautiful but the housekeeping is terrible.
