  : I booked four nights but only stayed a few hours. I got there and just immediately didn’t feel comfortable. Outside facilities were rough looking, room was small and not very clean. I checked in and within an hour went to front desk and asked for refund, they did provide that so that’s my positive but I did end up going to a new hotel shortly after check In

  : Location to our activities and restaurants.
  : The young man who checked us in and out was great- friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. However, an older man who wore a cap, was rude and "scolded" two of us on separate occasions for not understanding "hidden" rules that seemed a bit over the top.

  : Breakfast tables had ants, room needs maintance/updates. Curtain in room was torn. Pillows were super flat and uncomfortable. Toilet did not flush well at any point.

  : It was something to eat in the morning. It did have coffee.
  : As I recall breakfast area was on darker side. TV wasn’t on to watch news. Its the same breakfast that you have at any of your hotels. It felt like trying to save money anywhere possible.

  : Convenience to family in Hoffman Estates.
  : The guy at the front desk was condescending and abrupt. We had three experiences, check-in, and two of the three occasions where our key cards failed to work to get in late in the evening, and when we got in from other guests, the key cards didn’t work at our room (318). So we had to get our keys reprogrammed on three occasions.The room was not clean and I did my own pest control in the room. The property was tired, smelled bad, breakfast was dried up sausage, and tater tots. Really humiliating when trying to show my wife of 32 years a great time visiting family.The real clincher was the manager on site (male in likely his 40s, with a beard and black hat). He was arrogant, condescending, and unprofessional. Had an excuse for everything…. Very disappointing.
