  : Nothing. I've already spoken to customer service about my experience, which was very disappointing. I didn't even stay the night.
  : Ratings on Booking.com for this hotel was higher than on Google and other sites, including TripAdvisor, which rates it just 3 stars and Yelp, 1 1/2 starts. I had trouble finding the hotel because it uses two names: The Highland Hotel and the Knights Inn. While the manager/check-in clerk was pleasant and courteous, the hotel room had two or there cleaning cloths or towels left by previous guest or maid. The pillow cases were presumably clean, but they were dingy. Most concerning and disappointing was the discovery of roaches in the room. The room wasn't infested, but if seeing one roach crawling on the wall wasn't enough, seeing a second one actually on the bed made me not want to spend the night. And I didn't. I left the Highland Inn before midnight to find another place to stay.
