  : Had a smell, my fridge didn't work. My son and I had to carry a fridge from another room because they don't have any type of maintenance that could assist. I was offered a different room however we had already settled in, it was late , I has already disinfected the room and didn't have the mental capacity to do it all over again. They ran out of toilet paper at the hotel so I had to share with another family that was there. Everything is out dated and the outside makes you think the inside will be up to date but it isn't. There were Cobb webbs all over the lamps, along with rust . The TV had a black line in the screen and the internet was terrible so I was unable to work at all. I barely slept because I felt so uncomfortable at the comfort inn. Not interested in ever staying there again . I honestly think we deserve a refund

  : The lady who checked us in told us that we could pay cash as we checked out. But as we were checking out, they told us we could not. We booked through booking.com, and they cannot find our reservation so we had to pay more to get rooms. It was already late and we were already very tired so we had no choice. They were nobody else taking reservations. Everything was booked up.

  : The lady who checked us in was amazing, I believe she was part of the cleaning/kitchen /and front desk staff. So friendly and welcoming. Then I saw her at breakfast and she had the same warm and welcoming smile and had a nice conversation with her. Wish I could name her! For the owners to recognize.
  : Sign on the road for the inn, to make the entrance easier to find.

  : No ice machines available on our floor had to go to the front desk and then they had to go get ice for us. Not convenient
