  : Room was clean, reception staff was excellent.
  : Breakfast was bagels yogurt, muffins, coffee and tea with creamers only.. no milk.. You had to pay for milk, cereal, and other breakfast items that were in a refrigerator. No dairy or egg free options or gluten free options. There is no elevator, or fitness center.If I could give this hotel zero stars I would! They have an algae bloom in their huge pool. We stayed from July 31-August 2nd. originally our stay was till August 3rd. The manager had several complaints about the pool. On July 31 , the reception staff had to close down the pool because they were unaware how green the pool was. They called the owner and manager. The manager proceeded to throw shock into the pool around 9pm. Well obviously they didn’t work! The pool was and is still totally unusable! This manager on August 2nd, kicked us out of the hotel because we called corporate to let them know that the pool was green and loaded with algae. He told them that the pool was fixed! It clearly was not! Then he deactivated our cards on purpose leaving my nephew and son unattended in the hotel room! I had to climb through the bushes to knock on the windows! He didn’t even come down to the room to let us know that he deactivated the key cards. My sister went to the reception area and he smiled and said I kicked you out of the hotel. He was on the phone with a potential guest so my sister told him to shove the key cards and btw the pool is green! In addition he refused to refund my money $375.18 and is only partially refunding $248.66 keeping the $126 difference which is not right. We tried to let them all know that the pool was green for days! This manager didn’t care about anyone’s safety or health! In addition to this we were originally on a lower floor and someone walked into the room because the adjoining door was unlocked. The receptionist was excellent and he immediately changed our room to a room without an adjoining door and immediately locked the adjoining door to the other room.

  : Very nice staff. Very helpful since our booking never made it to them through your site.
  : Continental breakfast was a bit lacking. Maybe add fruit, cereal. No skid resistant strips in bathtub.

  : Our reservation was not in the system upon our arrival. There were no rooms for us, we had to book a very expensive hotel instead. We will be seeking a refund through booking.com and a reimbursement for the hotel we had to pay for.
