: Excellent location, community beach and pool. Community is very quiet and located in a lovely beach setting.
: King bed very hard uncomfortable. Dishwasher didn't work and their was no toaster. It also does not have air conditioning. This was disclosed, but I overlooked it as it was not conceivable that a condo would not have it.

: The place was cozy and had everything we needed.
: There were cobwebs hanging between all the lights and with the cleaning fee they charge that was kind of crazy, also it said harbor/lake view which is why we booked it, you could not see the lake without going down the road and across the street. I would have not booked this place with the price we were charged had I known it was not lake view.

: The property was as advertised. It was spotless, and we were pleasantly surprised at the small (but appreciated) little extras, like firewood, complete kitchen accessories, extra kitchen and bathroom soaps. The association's beach was within walking distance, and bike paths were nearby, and Harbor Springs was an easy drive.
: It would have been nice to have matches to light the fire. A personal chef would have been perfect (smile)!

: The layout of the house was great. We really enjoyed the location and the size of it. The family room and dining area really was a great size and felt like we had LOTS of room.
: The pans for the kitchen were not very nice at all. They looked like they were non-stick to begin with but was worn off. Also, there were no wash cloths either. We only stayed 3 nights and didn't report any of these, so they may have been rectified had we called.
