: Location was good
: Upon arrival house was dirty. Was told we had to wait until 4:00 to check in because of the cleaning lady who didn't clean! Used soap and hair all in the shower light fixture in bedroom falling off the ceiling just dirty.

: The location of this cottage could not have been better - a quick easy walk to just about everything. I had read in other reviews that the beds were not comfortable, but honestly, they were not that bad at all. The place was smaller than it seemed in the pictures - but, we were 6 adults, and 2 dogs - but over all, it was a great little place!! I would for sure recommend this place to someone who is not looking for something that is fancy, but has a great location.
: The overall cleanliness was good, but the top of the fridge was covered in what seemed to be mouse droppings - which was gross. There was an empty bottle and hair tie from the prior guests left behind. One small thing that would make a nice difference - a new set of pots/pans - for less than $50, a decent set would be a small touch that made a difference - just my 2 cents!

: It was quiet and clean when we arrived which was nice. The outdoor shower for sand is also nice.
: The beds were very hard, linens weren't included due to covid, and they only left one roll of toilet paper for the week so we had to buy our own.
