  : Easy check in- the manager phone's me prior to my arrival and told me which room was mine...key in room. I added a 2nd night and a 2nd room ( for family) and again, very easy to work with the manager. Easy parking in front of room door. Room was clean.

Traveller Type: solo traveller
  : Did not stay there as the manager told me I was not welcome when told I would be a late arrival.
  : I spoke with the manager of the property, I think he had a Russian accent, I mention this because he would not tell me his name. I made a reservation but had to cancel because of illness. He would not allow me to push back the reservation one week, hoping for better health. When he refused to move the reservation back I told him that I would come to Gunnison to visit anyway to not let the money just go to waste (I assumed that he would have rented the room anyway because of Memorial Day Weekend). So I called the manager told him I was coming but it would be late, he then told me I would not be welcome. I can only assume that he was disappointed in not being able to rent this room to a second party, doubling his profits. I challenged the charge through my credit card as the manager effectively cancelled the reservation with his "you are not welcome" comment and won the challenge. I believe this manager to be extremely unscrupulous and I would not dream of staying at the Long Holiday Motel in Gunnison.....ever...
