  : These guys over book and canceled my room i had to fine a new place last minute and they still charge my card for the room and i have not received my payment back yet

  : the beds were comfy
  : the office reeked of cigarette smoke and gave me a headache while checking in and inside the office is a sign that says no smoking. We had two rooms and one was one level and quiet throughout the night but the other room was bottom floor of 2 floors and it was really really loud. THere were tons of flies in both rooms that made it hard to sleep.

  : There were so many flies around that area. But do not hold the place accountable for it.

  : Nothing to shout about. Didn’t like anything about it.
  : Only stay here if you have to, like I had to. Honestly, my kids said it would have been better to stay in our car. Super old, nasty carpet, wouldn’t touch the showers, beds were covered in grass, old pillows, crappy beds, front office smelled like smoke sooo bad my 7 year old could barely breath. Owner was friendly but 2 dogs were jumping on me and my kids. Didn’t like that. I told the worker that I had already paid on the booking website and that it was pending and I showed it to her and she said that I had not paid. So I had to pay in the office. Come to find out, I had paid on Booking.com and then I had paid at the office so I ended up double paying and now I have to spend my time getting one of those reversed. Don’t stay here!!!! Not worth $10!!!

  : This hotel was awesome for me and my family because we have family that's down in this area and so it was a convenient hotel to be able to stay at and to accommodate our needs while we were there And I loved how they really updated and taken time to make the hotel a lot better to be a lot more updated

  : Came to Gunnison to visit family. Room was clean and orderly. A Maverik store was across the street for coffee and other items.
  : The price was a little high for the room I was in, plus the WIFI internet was either out of commission or not working. No continental breakfast. But the room was comfortable and clean to my standards.
