  : carpet had stains on it, trash under sink was full and dishwasher was full when I arrived. dishes were clean, just not put away.

  : The room was clean, and the room was well appointed and the guest wifi was more than adequate for our needs. We liked having a larger refrigerator.
  : The bed was very uncomfortable, and the bedding kept slipping off one bed corner. We had the Bedroom Suite in which the bedroom tv didn't work during the entire first day, and most of the second. Once the problem in the bedroom was resolved, the living area tv stopped working, We gave up asking about it.

  : This location was great and even had a pool table
  : Didn't like that the AC units in every room in the entire hotel was set at 68 degrees and could not be changed. Had to sleep in a room you can't get comfortable in.

  : upon checking into room, we started to notice it wasn’t very clean, looked like they didn’t finish cleaning room. Since we arrived late Friday evening and it made for a challenging to get resolved solution that night after 10pm… We had disappointed evening because we didn’t have clean towels for a while, shower and kitchen area, appliances were dirty … also took a while to get room cleaned Saturday morning after complaining about room cleaning needed. The lack of timely follow up was worse, it was bad enough room wasn’t properly cleaned, the slow solution didn’t help either.
