  : The staff was excellent… I believe Stacey was manning the front desk. There were fresh-baked cookies available all evening at the front desk (the peanut butter ones were amazing). The rooms were comfortable and they gave us a ton of pillows… we also had a huge mini-fridge with small freezer and a microwave in the room. The continental breakfast was fantastic and there were a ton of choices: scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit cups, oatmeal, juice, tea, coffee, 8 different kinds of breakfast breads (bagels, English muffins, etc), and all the fixins you could want! The pool area looked clean and inviting, but we were too tired to use it. :)
  : The rooms need some TLC… our window screen had a fist-sized hole in it, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and there were stains on the carpet. It’s also not an accessible building… no buttons to assist with opening the main doors, no elevator, etc.

  : Beds were comfortable, great location, good value for money.
  : When we got into our room, it was quite humid and smelled strong of cleaners. The hottub was out of order- but did open up later. Breakfast was ok. I would have really liked to have water available, even just a jug of ice water. It's not the same drinking out of the tap by the sink.
