  : Place was dirty. Sheets unclean, towels unclean When asking for help no one ever should up to make it right We received some money back but not what we were looking for. Bad customer service!

  : The location. The helpfulness of Vacasa customer service and the local team.
  : The entire house is in an extremely poor condition. The house itself and the interior & furniture inside are extremely old and not well maintained. There were many stains and scratches on the couch in the living room. The temperature of the house was cold in the first night. The kitchen and the bathroom smelled like mold. The house's condition is not proportional to the price we paid for. That house should be pulled aside and remodeled entirely with new furniture and better lighting before it's offered to new customers. We have been unfortunately extremely disappointed with the house. The customer service of Vacasa and the local team of Vacasa are the only nicest thing in this experience as they have been very helpful to place us to a much better place for our 2nd and 3rd night. We had to go to the city for the 4th night as there was nowhere to stay in Mount Hood and we could not stay in Flying Stag any minute longer. As final, there is nothing Chalet about it. We highly suggest you do NOT pick this house as you would be extremely disappointed during your vacation.

  : Very unclean, tons of dirty dishes, one bed had hair in it, garbage all over the porch, a lot!! No lighting to climn stairs. Unsafe and dangerous.
  : Filthy dishes hurt my bqck and arms to wash diahes all night untill 11pm. Not being able to see to pack my clothes and food up the stairs. Bab lightimg, BETTER PARKING!

  : the property is very old, dirty and lacks amenities. for the price paid each night one would expect better facilities. mold on the bathroom ceiling, dirty walls, filthy couches. the bed was not a real mattress, hard as a rock and lumpy.

  : Some clean up of the property would be nice to have. Fire place needs to be fixed. The entry path and the stairs need to be clean of snow.

  : Loved the location. Ski bowl was practically across the street. Id love to be able to rent both levels for a family gathering.

  : I liked that the place was well stocked with pillows, towels, kitchen utensils, dvd's all the games and fun decor. Fun loft too!
