  : Breakfast was weak compared to other hotels. No breakfast items such as eggs, biscuits, bacon, or sausage.
  : The toilet in the room was unacceptable, it was about a foot off the floor with a tiny opening and seat. It looked more like a kiddie pottie than a toilet. When you flush it you are dumping about 8 gallons into the bowl, it rapidly fills to the rim in a swirling motion and just when you think it’s overflowing the water level goes down in a slower than death flush.

  : Staff was rude. Advertised one price, charged another. Room and halls smelled badly.

  : Well the staff was there early in the morning. And they were trying to get us out of there.

  : The staff was friendly and helpful. Provided good room service on request.
  : The room smelled damp had Capet floors, hall ways had an odour too. We had three rooms which were not the same . Ours was missing a chair and our bathroom had cracked tile and the tub was all chipped . The hot breakfast was simply waffles . There was no eggs, bacon or ham. Breakfast selection was limited- bananas, a few yogurts not restocked, and bagels / toast , cereal and oatmeal. The pool and hot tub were ok. Located in a separate building than hotel room. The rate per night was a good price in comparison to other hotels as it included indoor pool hot tub and free breakfast. However the beds were very uncomfortable and that is one of the most important features to us , since the main purpose for a hotel is to provide sleep . Location was close to local shops .

  : The location was good, and the price was not bad for the time of year. The continental breakfast was good. The room was fairly clean.
  : The facilities, especially the pool area, need a lot of work. The paint in the pool was peeling and pieces were floating in the water. The light in the sauna was burned out. Also, there was a tile loose on our bathroom floor. I expect more for a Quality Inn property and will probably not stay there again.

  : The room had an overpowering stench of air fresheners yet was very clean. Food crumbs found on the floor and the bathroom floor was dirty
