  : The property has been upgraded, Ive been coming here every year for a few days. They gave my room away so i was given an upgraded room which was nice. Ice machine. The people were okay didnt really communicate much with any of them except the man which he seemed nice, but Im very good with sensing peoples emotions so he seemed irritated.
  : It has definitely changed a lot, the upgraded room even though nice, the beds were uncomfortable, the tv very small, the sheets were dirty, the toilet paper holder was broken, the towels were thin, the towel holder was breaking, the pillows were horrible, the headboard werent screwed to the wall so ever time you move they made noice. Room service never came in to do a clean up and change the towels as theyve done the past 3 years Ive come here. There was hardly anyone in the office i had to keep calling for someone. I was told when i checked in that the pool was going to be cleaned the next day, but it wasnt it was disgustingly green. I dont know if Ill be back next year

  : Lots of flies! I must have killed 20 so they would not bother me. No water pressure and hot water. Shower fixture also needs to be replaced.

  : Not enough towels for rooms! Had to ask for towels several times! Lots of people smoking outside of room and at the pool! The water in the pool was greennot blue!

  : The lady at the front desk was very nice. She upgraded our rooms to the refurbished rooms because I told her the other rooms were just not acceptable.
  : The rooms that were not updated were disgusting. cob webs and dead flies everywhere. The updated rooms still had some issues. The beds were hard and the linens and towels were stained and gross. There were a lot of flies in the rooms. We had to buy bug spray. I also had cockroaches in my room. the pool was dirty. you could see dirt at the bottom of the shallow end. You could not see the bottom of the deep end. Murky and lots of bugs swimming in the water.
