: Needed a first floor because we have service dogs. Noted in advance but did not get it. Pushed up to 3rd floor. Receptionist was very sick and coughing on everything. All night you had to smell all the foods being cooked with no ventilation. Also doors slammed all night. Will not stay there again.

: Check in was fast and easy and there was parking available. Room was very spacious and clean with plenty of towels. A/C worked great and cooled the room quickly.
: Room was nice but the bed looked like some one slept on top of it. Pulled the covers back and found strands of hair on the sheets. Front desk said it was normal because they use micro fiber sheets but someone should have lint rolled it after making it.

: The receptionist was really sweet & helpful.
: Make sure bathroom was cleaned, found strands of hair, tub needed a bit more scrubbing. Needed more pillows and they were not fluffy. The mattress was lumpy like need to be replaced.
