  : House located on corner of dead end street. Relatively close to beach access and walking distance to coffee or treats. Well stocked with dishes, games, towels, and pet extras if you left something home. Gas fireplace and lots of windows for light and fresh air. The drawbacks... bathroom downstairs, specifically toilet wasn't cleaned, needs updating, and very loud fan. The downstairs bedroom, under bed hadn't been swept or cleaned in a while as there were several dust bunnies and sand. Couch downstairs definitely needs to be replaced as it has been well used and not so comfortable. We wanted to sweep the floors for easy cleanup, but the two brooms available were more for decoration and did not work for actual sweeping. There is only 1 TV available upstairs. As for neighborhood, all very pet friendly. Neighbor dog liked to visit the backyard via under fence and barked at times throughout the day. Also people walking their dogs would leave poop in the front or side part of house instead of cleaning up after their pets.
