  : The whole building smells smoky. The fixer was dripping, the AC WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, the bed was loose .

  : It was close to where I needed to be.
  : Our first room had no hot water, and the cable didn't work. On top of that, the tile in the bathroom was loose and coming off the floor. I specifically booked a non-smoking room and it wasn't. The front desk switched me to a new room that wasn't clean, had multiple inoperable fixtures, several holes in the walls, and at least two roaches.The elevator door did not stop if it hit something and almost crushed my hand.

  : TV didn't work at all! The door to room would not lock so couldn't leave the room without worrying about our valuables and the insecurity and quite frankly fear of someone being able to walk in our room at will. Two of the lights were out! refrigerator didn't work! We asked to change rooms and were told that we couldn't until the following day I and they sent no one to fix the issues wouldn't let it change rooms wouldn't fix problems.! Morning woman very rude and unaccommodating!! They advertise breakfast but there was no breakfast they advertise a swimming pool but both pool and jacuzzi are empty. Drug addicts sleeping in the hall felt very unsafe! The following morning we went to pay for another day and we were told that we couldn't because my identification wasn't physically on me it was a photo of my actual driver's license that I have on my phone which is what I used to check in the first night through booking.com I told her I can produce a PDF file straight from the DMV a legal document proving that who I to use as I wait for my replacement she would not accept that and made us check out. she made me so where rushed out of motel at checkout time with all our belongings with which was quite a bit since we're on vacation for over a week we had to pack everything up and scramble to find another motel to be in which we attempted to do through the channels of Wyndham corporate after 2 hours and several transfers to different people throughout their system we were directed to another one of their motels and assured that we wouldn't have any problems with my identification being on my phone and that we were booked and ready to go at another property . We arrived at the second property just to encounter the the exact same resistance in regards to the identification . Now I understand why they don't allow people to use pictures of their identification from their phone to, I get that.

  : Check in was easy. Location has easy access to highway
  : Everything, we booked from another state and it was nothing like the photos. It was dark,dank, musty and our room smelled like poop the entire time. We got stuck on the elevator because it malfunctioned while we were in it. We bought food and opted to eat in our room, big mistake because within minutes of bringing the food up to the room we were fighting gnats and continued fighting them the rest of the time there. Even after we threw all the food away. My boyfriend also found a roach while I was asleep. Those are really just some of the things. I could keep going.

  : Many things wrong and everything past the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, 1 ice machine worked and the laundry center was not at all clean or in working order
