: The beds and floors had sand. There was also hair on the bed sheets like they have not been washed. There was food wrappers under the bed.

: Nice cozy house, great location. It was very hot weather and the a/c worked very well. Wonderful place to stay for a week.
: I realize the weather was unusually humid and hot, but there was black mold inside one of the kitchen cupboards and around a few of the vents, as well as the front door swelling so that it could barely be opened. I reached out about this, but got a form message response. It would have gone a long way to get a personal message. Also ran out of toilet paper and had to buy my own. What's more, there is a hole in one of the bedroom floors which, it seems, has been there for a few months.

: It was dirty, we seen two mice. In one of the bed rooms there was a hole and it was covered by a rug. The housekeepers stole my AirPods. I had left them being and was tracking them. Went back to the property and told them that I had left my AirPods behind. The housekeeper just kicked us out. Saying that they needed to close the property because they needed to leave, and had many more properties to clean. Worst place to stay
