  : The property was very clean and was a great location. We enjoyed it very much. The pool area , landscaping and views are perfect! We really loved the location. Walked to the beach and it wasn't as crowded as most areas.
  : I wouldn't stay here again with kids we didn't like how they technically should have slept downstairs while us being up stairs. The futon on this property was hard as a rock we ended up making the little one a pallet on the floor and letting the bigger one sleep with us. With doors going outside downstairs we didn't like that with the kids with us. We also didn't get but four white towels and had to go purchase some. There was also only hand soap but luckily I bring my own travel shampoo and conditioner. Over all loved the facility!

  : Property unkept. condo needs serious cleaning. Light switch plates ,door handles etc. are filthy. Pool areas despicable. Tall weeds, pet area feces drained into Hot Tub/pool. Unsafe/unsanitary. Old broken pool furniture. Everything is nasty/unkept.

  : We really liked the location of this condo. The drive-thru gate was super easy to use with the remote. The walk-through gate was most helpful and easy to use. The code entry on the door to the unit was super easy to use. The condo was everything we expected it to be and more.
  : There are a few updates that need to be made inside, i.e. new paint on some walls and the wall paper pieces nailed to the upper space above the cabinets didn't really look very nice. Looked as if it had been hanging like that for years. Super bad idea to do something like that. The pool furniture really needs to be updated. There were only 2 chairs that were close to being useful. The wooden arms had splinters and was totally scary. The furniture was extremely heavy and most difficult to move around. It would really benefit the property if the pool furniture was more current and not super heavy wooden furniture. On my next stay, I will bring my own chairs for comfort and safety.
