  : It was close to everything. Privacy was good and having a backyard was great for the dogs
  : First night we were all miserable because it was so hot. The A/C wasn’t working and the guy that came to replace A/C didn’t come when he said he would. Finally the 2nd night was much better! We were glad that Mary got the AC unit replaced quickly. The water pressure taking showers was horrible, but overall it was fine!

  : it’s a charming historical home
  : the whole house was surprisingly dirty. the windows are so dingy. it’s seems they have not been cleaned in years, and there is thick dust over many surfaces of the house. the window blinds were dirty and dusty. even the counters were dirty with dust. basically this house needs a good pressure washing on the outside and a good cleaning in the inside. It has a new microwave but the stove is extremely old and rusty.

  : We really enjoyed the location, just a couple of blocks away from the water. Having the back deck to sit in the shade was so much fun. We had two large dogs with us and the backyard was completely fenced in and secure. Parking was also easy. My friends and I enjoyed the beach kitschy feel of the bungalow. Mary was the hostess and she communicated with us easily. I appreciated knowing she would respond readily if needed. The rules are clearly posted along with the free wifi passwords, so the whole experience was easy.
  : The lockbox for the key sticks a bit, but I was able to get it in and out. The home is older so it also takes some patience to unlock and relock the door.

  : Great location, 5 minute or less walk to the beach and restaurants. Very dog friendly with the fenced yard. Very comfortable bed.
  : Nothing really, just a heads up that it's not modern, so don't expect that. Quaint with personality.

  : This cottage was like a home from home. The location is superb with the sea front and bars just a block away.
  : It is a lovely, well equipped cottage apart from we couldn’t find a hair dryer and, when on a road trip, we didn’t pack one in our luggage. Some things looking a little worn and dusty but this did not spoil our stay

  : The knick knacks around the house, the old time feel. Closeness to everything. Nice neighborhood and quiet.
  : Front and back porch had a good amount of dirt. House was clean but dishes were not all clean. Fridge had a fish smell and outside has rust. Parts of the floor sink.
