  : This hotel would almost be a 4.5 - 5 star hotel in my opinion (and I spend somewhere around 200-250 nights a year in a hotel). The room was great, beds comfortable, pillows great, 99% of the visit was great. The staff was very good, attentive, and made sure the entire place was in tip top shape. The biggest problem and this is a major problem and will keep me from coming back ever again despite all the positives was the fact that there was never hot water when I needed and wanted it. I checked in around 5pm on a Tuesday after a 12hr day working outside with gas and oil and all I wanted was a nice hot shower. I turned the shower, gave a minute to heat up went to step in and it was cold, waited another minute, still cold, 3 minutes later it’s barely like warm. I called the front desk and asked about the hot water. They told me to wait 10 minutes after they reset it so I did. Finally I got hot water. Went to brush my teeth before bed, no hot water, was my face and brush my teeth the next morning, no hot water. Went to the front desk to ask if there is a problem with the hot water and they told me again they had to reset it. I go out to work for the day and come back looking for a hot shower and guess what? No hot water again. Call the front desk and they tell me again to wait 10 minutes while they reset it. Now I’m angry and very annoyed. Later I brush my teeth again and no hot water, wake up the next day(now Thursday and thankfully I’m checking out) go to brush my teeth and wash my face and again no hot water. At first I thought this could just be a problem with the section I’m in but my work partner who was in a different section said he had the same problem and called the front desk multiple times himself. This is the nicest hotel in the area(I’ve stayed at North 44 and the Holiday Inn previously) but the hot water thing will keep me from coming back to this hotel.
