  : When you walk it's dangerous they should put a sign up saying watch your step. Completely missing a faucet Handel on one of the double sinks..the other Handel fell off in my hand! Dirty under the bed food particles and tissues. The left side of the bed had a bent foot.The hot tub was not working. Walls were so thin you could hear people's conversation clearly next door.

  : after 3.5 hours of phone calls and texts we arrive to complete darkness at night and a code actually several codes Vacasa sent us that didn’t work.
  : not being able to enter. walked around back and after waiting for 2 hours to enter the hot tub was still at 87 degrees ( I have pictures of all of this )

  : Booked this place through booking.com and our room was nothing like the pictures. The shower glass showed the streak marks of only part of the shower being wiped down to clean and there was hair on the bed. It rained and the roof must’ve been made of metal because you could hear every drop as if you were out in the weather yourself. The house is 4 rooms attached with only a locked door separating them and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. We had a sick kid who had a hard time resting with all the noise around us. All in all wasnt the best experience. Had we known we wouldn’t get the actual room it showed while booking we would not have booked to begin with.

  : The pictures and description was very misleading, had I known it was the way it was when we got there I would’ve just booked a room, it was smaller than explained.

  : Misled on the property description. The property we were placed in was not the one that was advertised when we booked. It was much smaller. The hot tub was not private and was to be shared by other parties. The hot tub was dirty so no one could even use it, even if no other parties were using it. The bed seemed broke in the middle you would fall towards the middle of the bed. The shower and toilet were separated with a shower curtain that gave you barely any room to use the restroom. There is no door to close while taking a shower. The lighting at the sink did not work. The seems to be lights on the floors that did not work. There were picture hangings in the bedroom that seems to have falling down an were just placed to the side. We will not be booking at this property again.
