  : I was not told there was a breakfast. I was not a satisfied customer with my recent motel 6 stay. I didn’t like my stay at your business. There is an ongoing lack of employee effort and lack of communication with guests upon check in. Poor communication and overall lack of honest customer service toward us.
  : The motel room bathroom, sink area, floors, and headboard of bed were disgusting and dirty. The bath towels were very poor quality as they shed strings. The toilet seat was absolutely disgusting and dirty. The AC and heater unit was not clean and the air filters were not clean. The dust in the filters was brown and to top it off, the bed we slept in was squeaky and very lopsided, uncomfortable. The lobby with vending machines were not working properly. Upon arrival at check in, the room I reserved and even called by phone prior to check in to ensure it was a smoking room with AC was not in good condition. The toom keys were in properly activated and did not work to let us into our room. We had to walk down to the lobby as the front desk agent in properly activated both cards. The first room we went to had a window AC unit that loooked as if it were beaten with holes in control buttons. The room was not well maintained with what I was told on the phone call would not be a problem upon check in. When leaving the room to get ice, I felt very unsettled as many men were standing outside of their motel rooms clearly under the influence of a narcotic and acted avoidant and paranoid, quickly turning away and very eerily wide eyed and closing their door. There is clearly a lot of illegal drug use and beat up doors, police activity, a lot of bugs and I was not at all impressed at the least with the lack of customer service the front desk associate provided me with. I was not happy during my two night stay as I felt unsafe, in a dirty environment with unconscionable and poorly trained front desk staff. I have stayed at the hotel before, but it has gone way downhill to the point, that I am now considering a plan to request payment of my own money for my poor experience at the place of business.
