  : There were only 4 of us which made the family room sociable, however with 6 or 8 there was inadequate seating around the fireplace room. Need another couch.

  : The house was amazing had an amazing view and a kitchen to die for all the kids can fit in the bunk room with the game room right next door so all the noise was down stairs the master bedroom and bath room were perfect beautiful sink area lots of closet space and everything you need for storage the kitchen was our main meeting place it is fully furnished minus food it says it only sleeps 12 it has plenty of room as long as you don't mind sharing there are 2 full size bunk beds in the down stairs room a king bed in the master upstairs one room has 2 twin beds and the other has a queen bed the hot tube on the back porch was clean and worked very well all in all we loved it and will be back
  : It could have been a little cleaner there were beer cans used as ashtrays in the garage and on the back porch there where no chairs to sit on the master bedroom balcony I would have liked to have ceiling fans as it does get warm during the day and a access code for the garage if you have multiple vehicle there very little additional parking also master bedroom comforter had a large tear in it and the bed skirt was riped there was no additional toilet paper or paper towels there were no directions on how to use the fire place and no TVs in the upstairs rooms also very small TVs in other bedrooms also stairs were steep and slippery when wearing socks
