: Dirty mattresses. The bathroom floor is breaking apart. Stains on the bed and pillow cases. A lot of drug and alcohol users out here

: The room had a shared balcony running along all the 2nd level rooms. Had all that you needed including Microwave, Fridge -which the chain hotels have almost entirely stopped offering. I would say everything was adequate but if you need 1000 thread count linens and towels and upgraded new shiny, maybe not for you. Love that it's family run and the owner is very nice gentleman who values his regular guests and didn't take advantage and hike up rates during the Eclipse 2024. Fair indeed. The Mexican restaurant that shares the same parking lot is highly decent too.
: Our needs are simple and therefore, there was nothing we didn't like.
