: Quiet at. Night
: Room was not ready. Lights didn't work. Ac vent was filled dirty had not sure mold or a bad rust stain on ceiling. Was told to but a deposit . Were it doesn't say on site when booking. Was told room was ready and could check in early. And was a lie and had to wait an hour. Other hotel never tell guest to come if room not ready or available. No hot water or pots and pans in area as disliked in rental availability.

: Oliver was the best he was very accommodating to our very needs. We were not familiar with the area and he assisted us everytime. He made sure we had clean towels everyday and was not every complaining about going the extra mile. The maids made sure the rooms were kept clean. I would recommend this resort
: The only thing I didn't like was the ac needed to be upgraded other than that our stay was amazing. We had two rooms both fully furnished which was convenient for us because we traveled with kids as well

: Location was convenient. Walking distance to the beach. Approximately a 15 min walk to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Oliver at the front desk was helpful and courteous.

: The Ocean Mile is an OLD FLORIDA MOM & POP Hotel you just don't see Around Anymore So DON'T EXPECT A ROBOT TO TURN DOWN YOUR BED OR MAKE YOU BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING. Even The Rates are Old Florida. Very Relaxing Pool Area, Well Maintained with Plenty of Plant & Tree Foliage around it you'd think you were in a Jungle. I Requested a Ground Floor Room & Received it without any Questioning.. Oliver one of the owners was out EVERYDAY Cleaning, Watering Plants, Organizing the Pool Area for Your Comfortable Stay. You want to go Back to The Old Florida Feel & Style of Florida. Try the Ocean Mile.

: The man behind the front desk was friendly and apologetic about the issues we had.The hotel was in a good location.
: Got to the hotel at expected checkin time to be told room would be another 40 minutes before ready. Went back to be told again it was going to be another 30 minutes. Make note that there is only staff members on the property between the supposedly hours of 9.30am -9.30pm which we hen had to call in the morning for someone to attend the office so we could check out. Someone arrived at 10am.Be expected for your car to be damaged in the car park, ours was damaged on both sides. .
