  : Bed needed more covers and pillows. Construction next door woke us up early. I realize the hotel can't control that.

  : We liked that it was close to our destination and it seemed like a safe part of town.
  : When we checked in we had originally booked one room with double bed. Upon entering the room we were greeted with a dehumidifier in our bathroom and renovation machines in our kitchenette. We had to switch rooms- which we were originally told were not available but they used someone else’s reservations that had not checked in yet- and then our group of 3 was split up due to single bed rooms.

  : Close proximity to riverbend music center, lots of restaurants around, but there’s better hotels who offer the same things.
  : Do NOT stay here, this was my last resort hotel for a concert I was going to and if I would’ve known it was this bad I would have just made the three hour drive home. I am so confused as to how they have 7 stars, did we all stay at the same place? The smell was unbearable. It smells so smokey and musty. I had my boyfriend go out and buy febreeze to spray in the room because it was so awful. Additionally, room is not clean. Loose hairs all throughout the bathroom, toothpaste stains on the sink, dirty fridge, and just a musty look overall. Hallways were sketchy with trash bags just sitting out in the hallway. Bed was super uncomfortable and sheets did not smell clean, and the towels were old and extremely worn with stains on them. I want my money back!
