Disappointing

  : The staff was super nice and accommodating
  : The carpet was nasty. The couch was super nasty the pull out was even worse. Lots of stains. There was mold on the ceiling and shower curtains. The beds were saggy and uncomfortable. There was a huge tear in the blackout curtains which cause lots of sun to come in the morning.

  : Location was very close to the airport.
  : We arrived to check in to our suite only to be told that we should have received an email informing us that they did not have our suite and would give us two rooms. We had two children and they were not sleeping in a room alone and I prefer not to sleep in a hotel away from my partner. This was not a solution. This was completely ridiculous. We were sent to comfort inn under the impression they had a suite. They did not. I called back Residence inn willing to take the two rooms and miraculously within that 10 minute span our suite was now available. It was a huge waste of time after we were traveling all day and exhausted. Hotel definitely needs renovations, but I could look past all that if the initial inconvenience did not happen, but all of it combined made a bad review. For the record, I love Residence Inn and normally stay at them when traveling. This was my first bad experience.
