  : I chose it as it is very close to work site/ location.
  : The receptionist , we arrived around 0100 past midnight and she will not accomodate us at all eventhough we begged as we traveled far for 14 hours . Receptionist is very rude. She stick to the rules . Not fair. Did not consider our predicament . Did not treat us as humanbeings.

  : Nothing about it nice ! I was not checked in as I arrived after midnight and had to wait 3 hours till 3 am to check me in! I stay 300+ days a year in hotels and has never experienced such a thing

  : 1st room was not clean had hair in bathtub.2nd room was right by the garbage smelled horrible.Smell, like 2nd hand smoke. On all floors.

  : The air conditioner wasn't working and it was a hot spell when I stayed there. The toilet was broken. I told the front desk, when there was someone there. Told the maintenance person wasn't on duty but would be told. He never was. 2 days later I met Victor in the hallway, by asking him if he worked there. Told him my issue. Was told he was never told. In a couple hours it was fixed, It was 2 days I had to flush by putting my hand in the tank. Went out to dinner, when I returned the bathroom floor was flooded. I told the front desk. They made a note but tole me it was a weekend and not to expect a maintenance unto after weekend, I moped it up myself. The toilet never stopped running. I was there for 6 nights, It was still not working when I checked out, the manager was very un-helping. He did the least he could. Kept telling me he worked for the company for 31 years and he was a policy man. Only does things according to policy. NO GOODWILL or help to paying customers is not good for your company. There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk no matter what the hour. I was treated badly upon my arrival and thru my stay. I tried to leave but booked and prepaid thru a third party, so it became impossible to get out of this stay. I've stayed in Extended America Hotels a lot but never in Tacoma. Fife Wa.. I arrived at 2:30 from the airport for check in at 3pm and was told to come back at 3. NO GOODWILL. I was NEVER told about or saw ANY breakfast or coffee in the morning while I was there and that was part of why I decided to stay there. I have had great experiences in other Extended Americas before. This was the worst in several areas. They told me about people staying there and then living there and not paying. NOT my fault yet I was treated like a bum. I had a car, credit cards, nice clothes and know what time it is. Your Extended Stay America in Tacoma, Fife WA. needs a big overhaul. I cannot stress how bad and inconvenient it was to be there.
  : To many things were wrong starting with your manager Antonio(?) No one at the desk seemed to care about any problems of the guest. My room was not cleaned, or towels refreshed in the 6 days and nights I was there.The toile ran all day and night and the handle was broken.The air conditioner did not work.

  : WARNING!!!!NOT RESERVE HERE, THE STAFF TOOK MY RESERVATION PAYMENT AND THEN REFUSED TO GIVE MY WIFE A ROOM WHEN SHE ARRIVED WITH HER ID. DONT TAKE THE RISK.
  : Staff lied to me and kept my deposit after they refused to let my wife have a room.
