: Beds were hard and stained. There was bugs and food on the floor, mold everywhere. Definitely would not stay here ever. Staff was rude and refused to offer help or offer refunds even though we didn’t stay

: The service was bad that evening. The woman in charge had been sleeping and had a bad attitude when we rang the bell for service.

: Check in was through a 6" x 36" window outside. It was not very welcoming.The interior of the room was musty and furniture old.

: The mattress was good on the firm side. I slept good. Liked curtain, Shower pressure was good.
: Sink had some drainage problems. Didn't know about Pet Fee ($10/night) until I entered the lobby. Thought $75 plus tax was a little high. Needs more light in shower/toilet area. Needed another pillow or 2. 2 pillows for 2 people not enough.
