: Location. Lobby. Rooms were spacious.
: Front desk understaffed. Had to wait quite a while for both check in and to drop key. Tub/shower drain partially clogged. Room renovated but missed aspects, like rusty door. TV remote didn’t work. Buffet not up to par for price.

: room was clean but our tv was not working properly. the tv only had clear channels for cnn, msnbc, fox news stations.. all the other channels were fuzzy and snow like in the pictures. although we stayed 1 night we were unable to watch tv.
: tv, and the person that did not check us in.. female Hispanic/Caucasian didn't want to provide her name.. we arrive at 2pm she told us our room wouldn't be ready until 3pm so she couldn't check us in.. understandable, so we waited in the lobby until 2:55pm and then asked if our room was ready yet she stated no. so since check in was @ 3pm we waited until 3:10pm and asked another lady black female can we check in and she stated yes I didn't know you were waiting for a room we kindly point to the lady next to her and said she did, this lady told us we had to keep waiting.. after that we checked in and went to our room where we then told them the tv didn't work no one ever came to fix it.

: The rooms were clean, no one was present at check in had to wait for representative to return from getting ice for the market section. The swimming pool and hot tub was filthy looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while.
: I called room service probably an hour after arrival to request blankets, I’m still waiting on their arrival.
