  : Refund me my money for late check out after housekeeper woke me up multiple times.
  : Could have been notified nothing in the place was actually available. They say breakfast but I’m not a child cold breakfast & breakfast are not the same thing. Just say it’s cold breakfast.

  : SureStay by Best Western is currently going through a complete renovation and there is yellow caution tape everywhere. Loose gravel throughout the parking lot. The pictures of the hotel posted on booking.com are not an accurate representation of the hotel in its current state.
  : Booking.com and SureStay Hotel are engaging in false advertisements. The current condition of the hotel is in complete disarray. There was construction scaffolding at several areas on the property.

  : Lobby sign was inadequate - hard to find the lobby from parking area. Entire facility in the middle of exterior renovation. Yellow tape and piles of construction debris.

  : Bathtub was flooding with rusty/dirty water from drain during shower and would slowly drain after 20min

  : The staff was apologetic and very accommodating when we showed up and realized my wife is in a wheelchair and our room was not accessible
  : The whole place is under construction and all the amenities listed were not available, are room was not handicap accessible as we reserved and paid for, Since we used a "third party" as they call it, we were unable to get any sort of refund

  : It was a very good price for 3 nights.
  : I absolutely hated the breakfast! No Scrambled eggs, bacon, hash or any type of biscuits and gravy. Just plain old cold cereal, banana oatmeal and oj. All Other hotels owned by Best Western offers a hot breakfast With bacon-and-eggs and hash Browns. Also very disappointed on the door locks, Room 120 Look like somebody put A crowbar to it and Forced there Way in the room. Just by the looks of the repairs that were done to the door It looks like it was either law enforcement or a squatter tryed to force there way in the room. Did not feel safe at all Not even locking the door with a lock.Furthermore, the bed was very uncomfortable. Housekeeping did a poor job cleaning. Floors needed to be swept And moped by housekeeping. It was very noisy due to noise from the freeway. Continuous smell of marijuana being smoked.Don't know if it was employees That worked at the counter or people that rented hotel rooms.I will never come back and rent a room from this hotel again.
