  : Nothing about this hotel was enjoyable. NOTHING!
  : The staff canceled my reservation even though I called and said I was running late and basically got told it wasn't the Hotels fault I was making a 10 hour drive, there was black hair all throughout the bathroom and I have bright red hair, It's a no smoking building and yet the hallway and room smelled like walking into a old smoker's house. I was scared to even lay on the bed because the sheets had a funny smell. I'm not from Ohio, this trip was for my daughters college orientation. I have never in my life ran into such rude service, being told that losing my hotel room wasn't their problem, being talked over and being lied to because it seems the overnight staff and the day staff have 2 totally different set of rules. If this is normal behavior and service from people in Ohio, I'm beyond scared for my daughter to be living there for the next 4 years while attending school. I would have rather slept in the car and paid to shower at one of the Love's or Casey's gas stations because every time I stopped at one, they were 10x cleaner than the 100$ room I paid for.
