  : Very clean and well stocked. Lilly does put nice extras for guests such as games, shampoo etc.
  : Lilly was more concerned about the property than our visit. People should know this is a basement as one bedroom does not have any windows. The entire amount for the stay was charged upon booking which is not the booking.com policy. I notified Lilly to the charge and she did not offer to make it right.

  : Very convenient location, nice property, great view, excellent hosts (courteous/respectful/accommodating/responsive), very comfortable, ping pong/games/boom box/music/big yard, & washer/dryer/dishwasher a plus. Perfect size for family of four and entertaining additional family. Master bed very comfortable. Host anticipated needs by providing two fans for additional cooling prior to arrival due to unseasonal high temps in area.
  : Being unfamiliar with area rates/possibly a bit pricey. Before arrival, did not like communicating with hostess through Booking.com...not very efficient/effective. After several attempts, host provided cell number and was very responsive by text/calls before/during/after stay. Recommend a few more cooking utensils/pots&pans and plastic storage bowls and/or bags for kitchen. Suggest housekeeping replace/wash dish sponges/scrubbies after each guest - found the available ones smelly/not clean, once washed/sanitized they were fine.
