  : Staff who checked us in was kind. Express checkout via text was nice.
  : The room was very disappointing. It was uncomfortably warm when we arrived. We turned on the AC and set it to 68F while we went to dinner but it was still warm when we returned. Kept the AC at 65F all night and while the air blowing out was cold, the room never really cooled down.The sink was not draining properly. We had to wait for the water to drain, rinse the sides of the sink, and repeat multiple times after using the sink for brushing teeth or shaving facial hair.The toilet would not flush on multiple occasions. The tank emptied and it was a few minutes before the water kicked back on to refill the tank.When I made the reservation, it said checkout was at 12pm. Upon arrival, there was a handwritten note taped over the sign’s checkout time that altered the time to 11am.
