: overall great, nice heat with the fireplace, the hot tub was nice after skiing. There were lots of beds for everyone and the master on main was good for my parents. Overall comfortable and close to lifts.
: There were no placemats, no linens for the table, no nice frying pans, they all are old and scratched and food stuck too and made cooking difficult. There are not good paper towels or dish towels, I washed the dish towels every day and no apron either. There were a few spices which was nice and salt and pepper. There were not enough trash bags for the kitchen and we ran out. For 11k dollars for one week, they seemed cheap on the type of cookware and many dishes were chipped as were the wine glasses, they need to update these and update the pots and pans that are NON STICK and do not look so old and scratched. There also is not a good wine opener, no metal spatula or thermometer for a roast. Also there were no games or movies or any puzzles. There were a few books and one magazine.

: VERY Dirty sheets on beds, dirty towels in wash, full dishwasher we had to empty, intermittent WiFi on Friday night, bags of garbage in garage and door to deck had broken lock

: Grill was extremely dirty to the point where all the soot started on fire and was difficult to get out. Dryer vent is extremely clogged
