  : Finding the hotel was great. Check in was easy just as check out was. The wifi was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft to my liking.
  : The room (as I assume all of them) could definitely us an upgrade. There was no ice bucket to get ice nor any cups to drink out of. They shouldn't say anything about any kind of breakfast as there was anything to really chose from. For the price I'd at least have eggs toast and sausage. The bathroom was a little snug and the shower head didn't offer the greatest of pressure. Good stay just not for the price

  : The hotel itself needs remodeling. Rooms smell, and the carpet is filthy. The refrigerator was so stained in the front that it needed to be replaced, the counter tops were peeling off, and the dishes they gave you needed to go in the trash. The beds are so hard that all my pressure points hurt.

  : Everything was dirty . The rooms ,laundry room ,not cleaned properly even when we reached the garbage wasnt cleaned ,fries behind the side table . Pet hair everywhere very bad experience i wouldnt recommend it to anyone

  : The price was pretty competitive for Chicago. The booking process was easy. I thought I was getting a good deal. However I did end up not staying there and had to pay more for a last minute reservation.
  : When I first reached to the facility with my family, there was no one in the reception. After a wait of about 15 mins, the receptionist showed up and we were able to check in. However once we reached to the room, we found out that it was a 'smoking' room despite booking for a non smoking room. I went back to the receptionist and she said that they were sold out and that was the only one room available. There was no way me and my family could stay in the room (smell of heavy, almost suffocating of smoking). The receptionist was also not very courteous. She however did offer to cancel the room and offer to return the booking which I have not yet received. I do not have a good feedbacks about this facility. I did not stay in the facility and also know this is a negative review, but it was not a good experience. The situation was disappointment and it was very rude and unprofessional way. I had to pay more for a last minute booking in a different location.

  : We booked a unit with kitchenette. There were no pots and pans. No cooking utensils. No kettle. No cups or plates. No knives and forks or spoons. The staff told us there is no equipment for cooking etc available. So. What are we paying for ?
