  : The room was hot after having the air on 66 cool for the whole time during our stay the room never got cool. Called to the front desk asking about it was told they had nobody to check it out nor did they have another room so their was nothing that could be done and was hung up on. Called back for a awake up call that was never put in to be done so that didnt happened. Talked with the front desk staff this morning to find out they had another room one floor up and nothing was put in the computer about wake up call. Nothing was offered to help the situation just for me to have a nice day.

  : NOTHING. We did not stay here. The website posted photos of the hotel are definitely not this property. It was dirty, in disrepair and reeked of cigarette and animal urine. I sm currently awaiting someone from booking.com to respond to my request for cancelation and refund of my money.

  : The cost was less than some of the surrounding hotels. In the end, the expense was more like 3 times what I would've paid at a 4 or 5 star hotel, due to the non-refundable fees and the cost of finding accommodations in the middle of night, where options were slim to none and much further away from my son's school.
  : When we arrived to the hotel, it was late and there was a visitor discussing with the desk clerk how unacceptable (filthy, doesn't even begin to describe) the condition of his room was. The discussion was very respectful between visitor and employee. I realize the hotel is an older facility with wear, but that really did not bother me initially. My family and I were traveling to visit my son in college, and I thought we could save money by staying a bit further away from campus. My requirements are; safe location, clean/sanitized room/linens, within a relatively quiet area. However, after the visitor shared photos of his room, that completely changed my mind about staying there. The sight of the mattress/bedding was so disgusting that I still shiver at the thought of what went on, and may still happen in that hotel. I politely thanked the desk clerk for her time, and requested to cancel my two-night reservation. I've tried to call the manager a couple of times, but missed her, and the desk clerk advised me that I probably would not be refunded for going through a third party for my reservation. VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED.

  : All breakfast items were not available throughout the time Rooms had mold in bathroom was charged an early check in even though they were obviously not full Pool was not open even though I was told that it would be available on my check in day. I told clerk that this was the reason that I chose this hotel
