  : Room was clean. Staff was great.
  : The clientele was really rough. There were a few older folks and roofing contractors probably looking for a cheap high value stay like me. Unfortunately there were a large number of heavily medicated folks ranging from 20-60 years old. Two at breakfast were nodding out next to the muffins. I chose to keep the kids in the room after that experience. It's a sad sign of the times. I also had two people knock on the door between midnight a 1am looking to party. I did not open the door and waved them on from the window. Just a weird encounter but I slept well afterwards.

  : I asked if an early check-in was possible, and he accommodated an hour earlier.
  : Room smelled immensely like weed. The bathroom had water around the toilet and tub. Called the front desk, but they were unable to fix it within the hour, so we left and called 2 hours later to find out it hadn't been looked at. Waited one more hour, called again, to learn they didn't see a leak around the sink at all. We never mentioned the sink. Husband went to the room to find out the water around the toilet was still there, and there was a wet rag left on the floor, under the sink. Husband went to speak with manager. Manager offered a different room with a broken tv, stating all we were doing was sleeping in the room and didn't need one. Husband did not accept the broken tv room. The manager just kept repeating, "we will accommodate you." When I learned of this, I was livid. Husband called asking for a refund. I was unable to use the facility at 4pm. to shower. I was unable to enjoy my visit because of this fiasco. We asked for a refund. And because we booked through Booking.com we could not get a full refund. They said a $25 fee is charged, no matter whose was at fault. Well, I am gonna fight the $25.00
