  : The back porch with a Mountain View. The staff was helpful. My dog was welcomed, but with $100 deposit in case of damage, plus pet fee of $25.
  : I had to ask for toilet paper, hand towels and wash cloths, And a new tv remote. Got all except the wash cloths. When I ready to wash my hands, there was no soap.

  : No room service for the three days we were there! Shower curtain had mold on it and microwave had food left in it from previous customer! When we told the office manager/staff she tried to argue and deny it at first! Then she said housekeeper has been out sick, we told someone would come clean the room while we were out that day, we returned and and no housekeeper had came to the room but soon after returning to trim a maintenance man came to the door and gave us a new shower curtain and my husband changed it out for the one with mold on it! We stayed because we had prepaid and it was non refundable. The bed and bed linens were clean and we were told it was a new mattress which it did appear new when we pulled the sheets back.The price was cheap especially for this area.but you get what you pay for! We bought Clorox wipes to clean the room some and wiped things down. The last thing.we went to check out and no one was in the office..sign on the door said to call if needing to talk to staff, we called and was told to leave the room keys/cards in the window of the office. Lesson learned for sure! Never again!
